  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Cream the shortening. Add sugars, eggs, and vanilla. Add partly crushed peanuts, chocolate chips. Mix WELL.
  • In a separate bowl, sift and mix the flour and baking soda. Add dry ingredients to the creamed mixture. Again, mix WELL.
  • Drop well rounded tablespoons of dough on to flat cookie sheet. Bake one sheet of cookies at a time for 12 – 14 minutes.
  • Yield: 60 2” cookies.
