  • (Cooking time includes chill time.) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Incorporate first five ingredients (milk, cream cheese, egg, vanilla, and 1 tbsp lemon juice), adding one at a time into stand mixer and beating thoroughly until smooth.
  • Pour batter into pie crust and bake for approximately 40 minutes, until set.
  • Meanwhile, slice strawberries. Toss with sugar and remaining lemon juice and allow to macerate in the refrigerator.
  • Allow pie to cool completely (to room temperature) on a wire rack (approximately 1 hour).
  • Pour juice which has accumulated from strawberries into a small saucepan, along with the strawberry jam. Cook over low heat until warm and slightly thickened.
  • Arrange strawberries on top of pie and drizzle with sauce. Allow pie to chill in refrigerator, at least two hours.
  • Serve with whipped cream.
