- 1 1⁄2 cups flour
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1⁄3 cup oil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
directions
- Combine dry ingredients.
- In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients.
- Add wet ingredients to dry and combine just until moistened.
- Pour into Loaf Pan coated in non-stick cooking spray.
- Bake 325 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
- Allow to cool 10 minutes before transferring to wire rack.
