Almond Ice Cream Cups

"I made these for a Labor Day Celebration once. The adults loved them as much as the children!"

• Ingredients: 5
• Yields: 12 cups

ingredients

• 1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
• 1⁄3 cup semisweet mini chocolate chips
• 1⁄2 teaspoon almond extract
• 1 cup Cool Whip
• 1⁄4 cup crushed cookie

directions

1. In bowl, combine first 3 ingredients.
2. Fold in Cool Whip.
3. Spoon into paper lined muffin tins.
4. Sprinkle with cookie crumbs and freeze.
