  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 13 cup semisweet mini chocolate chips
  • 12 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • 14 cup crushed cookie

  • In bowl, combine first 3 ingredients.
  • Fold in Cool Whip.
  • Spoon into paper lined muffin tins.
  • Sprinkle with cookie crumbs and freeze.
