4 halfs of squash

ingredients
- 2 medium acorn squash
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 teaspoons sherry wine
- salt & pepper
directions
- preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- cut each squash in half,remove seeds & place the 4 halfs cut side up in a baking dish filled with 1/2 inch water.
- put 1 tablespoon each of honey,butter & 1 teaspoon of sherry in the center of each piece.
- sprinkle with salt & pepper.
- bake for 40 minuites or until tender when pricked with a fork.
