DIRECTIONS

  • Mix all ingredients, using skin and bones (they are fully cooked and very nutritious, you won't even know they're mixed in).
  • Press mixture together in hands to form into eight patties.
  • Place butter in nonstick pan to coat.
  • Cook patties in butter on medium heat for 4 mins on each side until golden brown and crispy.
