Zippy Orange Satay Sauce

"I just bought some Better 'N Peanut Butter the other day and now I'm looking for recipes to use it. I found a bunch of recipes on the website www.betternpeanutbutter.com and wanted to post them here for future use. The cooking time represents the refrigeration time."

• Yields: 1/2 cup
• Serves: 4

ingredients

• 1⁄4 cup Better 'n Peanut Butter spread
• 1⁄4 cup orange marmalade
• 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons low sodium soy sauce
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
• 1 teaspoon gingerroot, grated
• 1 teaspoon cilantro, finely chopped
• 1⁄2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (or to taste)

directions

1. In a small bowl, stir together all ingredients. Cover and chill 20 minutes for flavors to blend.
