This is so simple, it barely counts as a recipe. This works great for barbecued chicken or pork. It's quite sweet & tangy, so it might not be appropriate for beef.

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan.
  2. Simmer over very low heat for about 20 minutes, (preferably while your meat is on the grill) stirring frequently.
  3. Apply to your chicken or pork and enjoy!
