Use your lemon zester to make these shoestring chips!

Directions

  1. Use a zester to cut potatoes into long strips.
  2. Pay dry with absorbent paper.
  3. Heat oil in large, deep saucepan over med-high heat.
  4. Deep fry potato strings in batches for 2 minutes or until golden.
  5. Drain on absorbent paper and sprinkle with your favourite flavourings.
  6. Note- Flavouring ideas.
  7. Chilli and sea salt.
  8. Salt and vinegar.
  9. Chive and parmesan.

We love these potatoes sprinkled with rosemary, sometimes with dried oregano, other times with dried basil or thyme. All ways, this recipe is really a keeper and very enjoyable:)
