This was a winner for my family. We live in Minnesota and love comfort food in the cold winter months.I did add some milk and sour cream to the egg noodle mixture seemed a little dry. I also used smaller sized egg noodles and next time I will make less noodles-alot left over. I forgot the brown sugar. I added seasoning salt, garlic powder & velveeta cheese. The last 10 minutes of cooking I sprinkled parmesan cheese and recovered. I will make this dish again. I thought the left overs were very good.

I divided this into two 9x9 pan servings and froze one for later. The one left for tonight's summer was prepared solely for my son since I had prior committments. My son gave this 5 stars - he should know - because he ate 3/4 of it and packed the rest for his lunch for the next day. I didn't get even one taste of it! Thanks, Kree, for sharing a great recipe.

I'm a real estate agent in the lovely city of Rochester, New York. That's not what I expected to do with my life. I got my bachelor's in psychology, my masters in literacy education, and I taught high school special education for two years. Then I discovered that helping people find the homes of their dreams was my real passion. I've been doing it for over two years now and still absolutely love my career.
Other than that, I have a very spoiled Border Collie mix named Bear that I adopted from a local shelter in spring '08. He's gorgeous and fun and brings me great joy. Now if only I could find a man like that... LOL!
