I prefer this served over my Baked Falafel Burgers.
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1 -2 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons fresh dill, chopped
- salt & fresh ground pepper
- Combine all ingredients and let sit for at least 15 minutes for the flavors to combine. Serve cold.
