Yogurt Sauce for Grilled Meats/Fish

"Well this is kind of a raita, kind of. I love it on grilled anything."

• Serves: 8

ingredients

• 2 cups plain yogurt
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro or 3 tablespoons coriander, minced

directions

1. Mix the yogurt with all ingredients. It's best to taste a little and see if it needs more salt.
