Well this is kind of a raita, kind of. I love it on grilled anything.
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro or 3 tablespoons coriander, minced
- Mix the yogurt with all ingredients. It's best to taste a little and see if it needs more salt.
Deeeelicious! I made Moroccan Spice Burgers on the grill this evening and used this raita to top it off. It was simply amazing. Thanks for sharing, I will use it countless times.
