This is a really good alternative to a quick breakfast. Full of fruit.
- 1 cup yogurt (any flavor, but vanilla is a good base)
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1⁄2 cup blueberries
- 1⁄2 cup strawberry
- 1 small banana
- 2 cups ice
- Add all ingredients to your blend and blend until smooth.
I had this for breakfast this morning and boy was this yummy. Will add this one to my favorite smoothies list. Thanks for sharing :)
