I wanted a fruit salad made with yogurt, not sour cream. I was having trouble finding one, so I made one up myself.
- 20 ounces canned pineapple chunks, drained
- 11 ounces canned mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup red grapes
- 1⁄2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup coconut
- 1 cup miniature marshmallow
- 6 ounces plain low-fat yogurt
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
