My mom used to make this for us when we were kids and we loved it. Very easy, healthy and flavorful.
- 1 1⁄3 ounces sugar-free strawberry gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup frozen strawberries, thawed and chopped
- 12 ounces low-fat strawberry yogurt
- Combine the jello and boiling water in a bowl; stir until dissolved. Cool, but do not allow to set.
- Fold the yogurt and the berries through the jello and mix well.
- Pour into serving dishes and refrigerate until set.
