I didn't see this one posted on here so I thought I would share! :) Makes 5 servings (1/2 cup each) =1 point
- 1 1⁄2 cups non-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 (8 ounce) can unsweetened pineapple (undrained)
- 1 (1 ounce) package sugar-free instant pistachio pudding
- Combine all ingredients, chill.
I used a whole 3.4 ounce package of the instant Jello because when I added the one ounce, as indicated, it just didn't taste much of pistachio. I think I would enjoy it more if I had Cool Whip to add, as another reviewer suggested. I also used chopped pineapple tidbits. It was very tasty and easy to throw together, but I think the Cool Whip would really add the finishing touch to this!
Made as posted and eaten as 2 servings since it is low-cal, low sugar, and nonfat! Had half as my evening snack and will finish the other half tomorrow! I consider this a healthy treat with under 100 calories! Thanks for sharing punkyluv. Made for When It's Hot Tag Game.
I love this!!!! This might save my diet. I also added a tub of fat free Cool Whip to the recipe. I keep it in the fridge and have dessert all week.
