ingredients
- 1 quart water
- 3 tablespoons of fresh mint, coarsely chopped and tightly packed or 1 tablespoon dried mint
- 3 darjeeling tea bags
directions
- Boil the water in a saucepan and add the mint and tea bags.
- Remove from the heat, cover, and steep for 3-5 minutes.
- Strain into mugs.

What a lovely tea. I made the full amount this morning and have been enjoying it all morning long. I guess it's a good thing that I don't at all mind room temp tea, lol. I had to use dried mint but thats alright because I can't grow it here. It doesn't survive the winters *sigh*. Since Darjeeling is one of my favorite teas I knew that this was going to be wonderful and I wasn't disappointed in any way.
