  • Boil the water in a saucepan and add the mint and tea bags.
  • Remove from the heat, cover, and steep for 3-5 minutes.
  • Strain into mugs.

  1. What a lovely tea. I made the full amount this morning and have been enjoying it all morning long. I guess it's a good thing that I don't at all mind room temp tea, lol. I had to use dried mint but thats alright because I can't grow it here. It doesn't survive the winters *sigh*. Since Darjeeling is one of my favorite teas I knew that this was going to be wonderful and I wasn't disappointed in any way.
     
  2. This is really refreshing. I don't usually like the commercial mint teas (too strong in mint) but this was just right. Used up some fresh mint I had. And I love darjeeling tea. Made for Winter 2010 Comfort Cafe game.
