- 2 tablespoons pizza sauce
- 3 tablespoons part-skim mozzarella cheese, lowfat
- pam butter-flavored cooking spray (2 sprays)
- garlic salt
- Preheat @ 400.
- Toast english muffin.
- spray each half with nonstik spray.
- sprinkle w/ garlic salt.
- Spread each half with sauce and cheese.
- Bake 10-15 min @ 400.
- I toast the english muffin first to keep it from getting soggy.
