This recipe has been adapted from the Better Homes & Gardens New Cookbook, 10th edition. I prefer to use vanilla soymilk rather than the plain variety.

These were very good! I used regular Silk soy milk to make them. The only thing I added was a tablespoon or two of flax meal. I'm looking forward to making these again soon!
