  • Combine flour, sugar, and baking powder in a medium mixing bowl.
  • Combine applesauce, apple, and milk in a seperate bowl.
  • Slightly beat egg whites and add to wet mixture, mixing well.
  • Making a well in the middle of the dry ingredients, pour wet mixture in all at once. Mix just until moist.
  • Cook on 300 degree griddle and enjoy!
