A mild espresso and milk drink, but with the added flavors of white chocolate and hazelnut. A fine choice for Christmas holidays, or any other time of the year when you want some warm cheer.
- 56.69 g espresso, brewed
- 14.79 ml white cocoa powder (or .5 oz white chocolate, finely chopped)
- 14.17 g hazelnut syrup (sugar free is fine)
- 340.19 g warm milk
- In a mug, mix espresso, cocoa powder and hazelnut syrup. Fill up a tall latte mug with heated milk. Top with whipped cream and chopped white chocolate, if desired.
What a lovely treat Annacia. I really enjoyed this tasty drink. I used the white chocolate option and 4 ounces of espresso and only 6 ounces of milk. (not a big fan of milk). It was wonderful, I love coffee, white chocolate, hazelnuts and whipped cream together, felt like it was tailor made just for me. I did garnish the coffee with whipped cream and a drizzle of hazelnut. Thank you so much for sharing.
This had a nice flavor to it with just the hint of coffee, white chocolate and hazelnut. Instead of the white cocoa powder I used white chocolate. Made for 2012 Zaar Cookbook Tag.
