  3. Cut eggs in half, scoop out yokes and mix with both mayos and mustard, salt and pepper.
  4. Fill eggs with mixture. Lay yoke side down on a piece of cabbage. Lay on bed of shredded red cabbage.
  5. use capers for eyes.
  6. pimentos for ears.
  7. bean sprouts for tail.
