Like homemade sour candy! I can't resist snacking straight from the bowl.
- Put white grape juice in a pan and heat to almost boiling.
- Sprinkle all packets of gelatin over lemon juice in a glass bowl.
- After gelatin powder has begun to absorb the lemon juice (takes several minutes), add hot juice.
- Stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Chill for about 4 hours or until firm.
