This turned out great! My DH especially loved it! I used Italian seasoned crushed tomatoes and I doubled the garlic. It's a really nice and easy marinara. Thanks! Made for Aussie Swap Feb 2011.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Saute garlic in oil for several minutes. Do not allow garlic to brown.
  2. Add tomatoes and oregano.
  3. Bring to boil, then simmer over very low heat for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season to taste.
