This was a great snack for us tonight, with plenty left for the weekend. The honey flavor is excellent in this. Will be keeping this one. Very enjoyable. Made for 1-2-3 hit wonders.

I don't know what happened but this one didn't seem to work too well for me. I found that the coating didn't stick to well to the mini wheats and ended up sticking to the pan when cooking. I loved the idea of this & the coating tasted great but it just didn't stick to my wheat bikkies as well as I would have liked!

So easy to prepare, very tasty and crunchy!! Instead of raisins, used dried apricots. Made a mix of half honey and half maple syrup. Made this for Photo Tag. Thanks Sharon! :)
