A great butter to use on vegetables, breads, or pastas. You can easily exchange 3 ounces of cream cheese for the butter if you would like a thicker consistency.
- 1⁄2 bunch fresh watercress leaf
- 1⁄2 cup soft butter
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt, to taste
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper, to taste
