Waste Not, Want Not Vinaigrette

"It can be almost impossible to get the last remaining teaspoon of mustard from a bottle. Add the ingredients listed below to the almost empty bottle of mustard."

• Yields: 1 cup or so

ingredients

• 78.78 ml extra virgin olive oil
• 59.14 ml red wine vinegar (or white wine vinegar)
• salt, to taste
• black pepper, to taste
• minced garlic, to taste
• dried herbs, to taste

directions

1. Close the lid and give the mustard bottle a shake. The resulting homemade vinaigrette tastes terrific, and it uses up the last bit of mustard that usually gets thrown away.
