Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 cup low-fat blueberry yogurt
  • 34 cup chilled apple juice
  • 34 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup unsweetened frozen sliced peaches


  1. Combine the yogurt and apple juice in a blender.
  2. Add the blueberries and peaches and blend until smooth.
