FALL PAC 2007 recipe Absolutely fantastic! VR, this is so good and so very easy. I used RAGU sauce with onion and mushrooms and I sprinkled a little garlic salt with parsley over the sauce before adding the cheese. I put it the chicken breasts and sauce over spaghetti for a one dish meal. This took me a little more than an hour to complete, mainly becasue I used large chicken breasts which too longer to bake. This could be served for any occasion. The presentation is delightful with a beautiful contrast of colors. THANKS VR...this one is a keeper that I will make again and again.

Yum! I prepared this wonderful tasty dish for dinner tonight. It's perfect for weeknight meal after a hard day at work. This dish is also visually appealing and perfect for when you're expecting dinner guests. It's quick and easy and made with ingredients most of us have in our pantrys. Because a nice pasta sauce is a main ingredient, I served this over pasta with a dinner salad and garlic bread. My family gave this meal an all thumbs up. It's earned a place in our regular rotations cookbook as there will definately be an encore. Thanks Victoryred Chef for an awesome contribution to all of us Zaar fans!
