- 1 egg
- 177.44 ml brown sugar
- 157.80 ml milk
- 9.85 ml baking powder
- 4.92 ml salt
- 473.18 ml flour
- 236.59 ml coarsely chopped nuts
directions
- Cream egg and sugar.
- Add milk, baking powder and salt.
- Add flour and mix well.
- Add nuts.
- Bake in small well-greased bread pan (8 x4) at 325 for 1 hour or more until done.
