I dont like any cooked vegetables. I need them in my diet somehow, so this is how I eat them.

  1. Cut up all of your fresh vegetables into tiny pieces.
  2. Place into a bowl.
  3. Add your salad dressing to your veggies.
  4. Mix with a fork or cover with plastic wrap and shake so all salad dressing is evenly mixed.
