I dont like any cooked vegetables. I need them in my diet somehow, so this is how I eat them.
- fresh broccoli
- fresh cauliflower
- fresh mushrooms
- fat-free salad dressing (I prefer fat free thousand island or use any to your liking)
- Cut up all of your fresh vegetables into tiny pieces.
- Place into a bowl.
- Add your salad dressing to your veggies.
- Mix with a fork or cover with plastic wrap and shake so all salad dressing is evenly mixed.
