  1. In a small bowl, beat eggs and milk. Add green pepper, onions, salt and pepper.
  2. In a small skillet, melt butter. Add egg mixture. Cook and stir over medium heat until eggs are nearly set. Add the tomato; cook and stir until heated through and eggs are completely set.
