This was inspired by Lainey6605's Fried Ice Cream, which is *delicious* but requires a little planning ahead. Measurements are approximations.
- Place ice cream scoop in a bowl.
- Crush the graham cracker over it. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Drizzle with honey.
Really interesting and good. The cold of the ice cream seems to thicken the texture of the honey in a very pleasant way, and the crunch of the graham cracker is a nice contrast to the smoothness of the ice cream. Simple but delicious, and surprisingly low calorie, especially if you use low-fat ice cream, as I did.
