"Thought I would try and make something different, rather than a regular pizza. This pizza sandwich is easy to make and quick to cook. An excellent snack."

  1. I just did pepperoni and cheese and used olive oil on the bread.(A tip for using pepperoni is to lay them on paper towel and microwave for 30 seconds to get the excess oil/fat off so it's not so greasy in the pizza!) It was just awesome!!! Very easy way to satisfy a pizza craving.

  2. Clever idea. A nice switch up and the topping possiblities would be pretty much endless

  3. This is a great switchup to the normal pizza and/or grill cheese. Very unique. I used pepperoni and bacon for the meat of choice and some shredded cheddar sprinkled over all. Kudo's for a keeper Bill.! Made for Regional Tag~

  4. this is so delicious, I made this on my pananni maker for a light dinner, I did just a few amount adjustments and lightly buttered the outside of the bread, I also use provolone slices in place of the grated mozzarella cheese, thank you Uncle Bill, I will make agin soon!
