ingredients
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons oregano
- 2 tablespoons basil
- 1 tablespoon thyme
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon white pepper
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 5 tablespoons paprika
directions
- Mix together and use as rub on poultry after rubbing the outide with butter or olive oil. Also used for the inside of each layer.

It was delicious! I sous vide my turducken and the seasonings made a fabulous liquid for gravy. It was so good I had people call me Black Friday for left overs. Awesome. Thanks! -

Over the past 3 years, I have really begun to enjoy cooking - I still blame BF - he is a great cook and I needed to get my act together!!
