Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 12 cup canned sweetened condensed coconut milk
  • 12 cup 1% low-fat milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Directions

  1. Place all ingerdients in blender. Cover and process 15-30 seconds till smooth, using on/off pulsing action to break up chunks.

This was so easy and really delicious. I love that everything was healthy in this. I actually used regular coconut milk because I couldn't find the sweetened condensed coconut milk and I thought it was still sweet enough with the fruit and the honey. This will definitely be a new go to in my morning smoothie routine! Thank you Shirl!
