This is so easy, but so good. Try it for breakfast.
- 1 cup sugar-free non-fat vanilla yogurt (sweetened with non-calorie sweetener)
- 1⁄2-3⁄4 cup fresh or slightly defrosted blueberries
- 6 medium strawberries, sliced
- 1⁄2 cup kroger brand blueberry almond cereal (or Post blueberry morning cereal)
- Sweeten the berries with noncalorie sweetener.
- Layer in glass berries, cereal, yogurt.
- Layer until all ingredients are gone.
- Eat immediately.
