  1. In mixing bowl combine milk, granola, sugar, butter, molasses, egg and apple blend well.
  2. In large bowl combine remaining ingredients.
  3. Add milk mixture and stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.
  4. Spoon into 18 lined or greased muffin cups.
  5. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.

These muffins are dense, moist, flavorful and filling. Also, a great way to use up stale granola sitting in your pantry. Thanks for a great recipe, Calee.

Ooh . . . these are sinfully good. I didn't have any peanuts so I threw in some walnuts. I also had a little cherry pie filling left from another recipe so I rinsed off the cherries, chopped them up and threw them it for a pretty burst of color.
