This is from the Seattle Times. There is MAJOR construction on I-5 this summer. This is what the paper says about the recipe: "The I-5 construction got the folks at BOKA Kitchen + Bar in downtown Seattle thinking about a cocktail. They came up with the Traffic Jam for those who want to wait out rush hour (and they extended their happy hour until 8 p.m. this month.)" Sent to me via FBC Queenie. :)
- 4 fresh raspberries
- 2 fresh mint sprigs
- 1 1⁄2 ounces rum (Bacardi Silver)
- 1⁄2 ounce triple sec
- 1 ounce lemon, sour (equal parts fresh lemon juice and simple syrup)
- Muddle the raspberries and the mint. Add Bacardi Silver, Triple Sec and lemon sour.
- Shake and strain into a martini shell with a citrus-sugar rim.
