  • 1 (3 ounce) package ramen noodles, any flavor
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed cream of tomato soup, undiluted
  • 34 cup cooked vegetables (sliced celery, carrots, peas, whatever)

directions

  • Cook the noodles according to the package directions. Do NOT drain.
  • Add soup concentrate and vegetables. Simmer for 5 minutes. Serve.
  • NOTE: Sometime you might like to add a little Velveeta cheese to this soup, warming till it melts. Or maybe some cooked ground meat.

  1. Made this for New Kids on the Block tag game and for our lunch...quite interesting with basic ingredients. I enjoyed it and DH gave it 4 stars. I sauteed some onion, garlic, and added them to some steamed carrots, celery and some peas (steamed in microwave) as suggested. At the end I did add a little Velveeta for DH since he wasn't as excited. I definately will make this again for me and might trying adding some hamburger and spices for DH. Thank you.
