Tomato Spinach Spirals

I'm trying to feed my family of four on $10 or less for each night's dinner. I found this tasty recipe on the Taste of Home website. I made it and was surprised at how much I liked it. I'm posting it here for others who are budget-minded. The original recipe submitter said that it serves 6 people at 69 cents per serving. I'm posting it with the same serving size she had, but truthfully my family of 4 likes to eat more than that, so I doubled the recipe and had a bit left over for lunch the next day.

This was okay...not bad, not the greatest. I thought it was four stars, my husband didn't like it much at all, so i gave it 3 stars. I liked it cold better than warm.
