- 40 cherry tomatoes
- 1 (3 5/8 ounce) can smoked oysters, drained
- hot pepper sauce
- fresh parsley (to garnish)
- Rinse tomatoes and remove stems. Drain on paper towels.
- Slice each tomato vertically to 1/4 inch of its base.
- Spread tomato slightly apart; slip in oyster.
- Season each with 1-2 drops hot sauce. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
