I love the convenience of this one! It's quick and inexpensive, I can add or omit ingredients (depending on the contents of my fridge), and it's sure to please!
- 2 cups tomatoes (sliced)
- 1 1⁄2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 1⁄3 cup fresh basil, whole leaves
- 1⁄4 cup garlic-infused olive oil
- Slice tomatoes.
- Top w/ Mozzarella.
- garnish with basil leaf.
- Drizzle w/ garlic-infused olive oil.
doubled the recipe and made this a meal for myself. did add a touch of sea salt and it was excellent. some good italian bread on the side and it was very satisfying. this chef has so many excellent recipes and a great bio as well. thanks for sharing!
