My mom made this for the family when I was a kid. She got it from the "Don't Eat Your Heart Out" cookbook. This is great in the summer and is good for you!

  1. Mix all ingredients except pasta and cheese. Let stand at room temperature for one hour.
  2. Cook and drain fettucine. Toss with tomato mixture and sprinkle with cheese.
