- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 29.58 ml breadcrumbs
- 14.78 ml parmesan cheese
- 9.85 ml oregano
- 9.85 ml basil
- 19.71 ml herbes de provence
- 59.16 ml vegetable oil or 59.16 ml walnut oil
directions
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Halve tomatoes and place in shallow casserole dish.
- Divide toppings and sprinkle over tomatoes, saving oil and parmesan cheese until last.
- Cover and bake 15-20 min or until tomatoes are softened.
