  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Boil water. Blanch spinach 1 minute Remove and drain.
  • Add salt and olive oil to water. Add pasta. When done, lay flat.
  • Saute onions and garlic in olive oil for 1 minute.
  • Chop spinach and add to onion.
  • Mix in rest of ingredients except cheese.
  • Lightly oil 9x13 baking dish. Line bottom with layer of pasta. Spread 1/3 sauce and sprinkle cheese. Add another layer of pasta. Spread 1/2 of sauce and sprinkle cheese. Add another layer of pasta. Spread the rest of the sauce. Sprinkle rest of cheese on top.
  • Cover with foil, bake 20 minute Remove foil, bake 15 minute.
