ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 3⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 4 teaspoons instant coffee powder
- 1 cup rum
- 4 teaspoons vanilla extract
directions
- Boil water, sugar and coffee for 10 mins and let cool.
- Add rum and vanilla.
- Put in clean bottle and leave for 1 week before using.

Made this for my Mum. Used 1/2 whiskey & 1/2 vodka as had no rum. I know it tastes fab as I had to make sure before bottling it! Very easy non-messy recipe! Thanks
