  • Add all ingredients to the pan according to the order in the manufacturer’s directions.
  • Set crust on medium and program for the Whole Wheat cycle; press Start.
  • When the baking cycle ends, immediately remove the bread from the pan and place on a rack.
  • Let cool to room temperature before slicing.

  1. Hey Ratherbe, very good bread. I made a number of changes to let the whole grains hydrate some. I used water and powdered milk and added a tablespoon of water. I mixed the whole grains with the water and half the yeast, mixed it and let it sit for 2 hours before adding the other ingredients. I used the dough setting and baked in the oven.
