This is definitly kid friendly and the sweetest chicken you ever put in your mouth. I have learned when using my fry daddy that everything fries better in peanut oil.
- Soak chicken tenders in buttermilk.
- Mix salt and dry pancake batter.
- Coat chicken tenders in pancake batter.
- Deep fry in fry daddy until golden brown.
This was the easiest recipe that I have made to date. We had this for our son's 2nd birthday and everyone raved about it! We added pepper and grill seasoning to the batter, but even without the seasoning it was awesome! The chicken actually melted in your mouth - thank you for sharing the recipe. This is a keeper.
It seriously was the easiest, best sweet fried chicken ever. i unfortunately had to substitute my own buttermilk, which i used sour cream and milk mixed together with some garlic seasonings mixed in to, and for the pancake batter, i used corse ground pepper, garlic salt, and i know this might sound weird! but i also used montreal steak seasonings. gives it like a different kind of spice to the taster! but mmmm mmmm good recipe <3
