  1. This was a big hit! I thought I had more than enough but had to make another batch 30 minutes into the party. Using a bundt pan for the mold and about 4 cups of punch, I froze the punch into a frozen punch ring to keep the punch nice and cold without diluting it with ice cubes.

  2. I made this punch for my family Christmas get-together--it was a big hit with everyone! I love the added flavor of the orange juice, and the sliced oranges make it so pretty!

  3. Tastes best with Orange juice that has lots of pulp.

  4. I made this punch for DD's wedding reception this past weekend. I made the punch on Friday, and taste tested it. It was way too orange juicy and I was beginning to think I had made a big mistake. By Saturday morning, the flavors had blended and it was really delicious! I would definitely recommend that this be made at least 1 day ahead. Since we used a fountain at the reception, I left out the orange slices and ice. Also, even though I used low pulp orange juice, I strained the oj before adding it in. This was strictly so the punch would flow well through the fountain. I don't think the lack of pulp affected the flavor at alland this will be by punch recipe from now on. Thanks for a great recipe!

  5. I made this for our Easter dinner. I didn switch it a bit, instead of both ginger ale and Sprite, I just used giner ale. We loved it. It was a pretty punch with the oranges floating. I also make a punch ring to float. So good. I will make this again for holidays or special events. Thank you for posting.

I made this account back in 2001, when the site was called "Recipezaar". A lot has changed in my life since then. My kids are all grown and I try to eat a low-carb lifestyle now. Some of my older recipes were handed down from my grandmother. I hope you all enjoy them as much as I have. Current recipes that I post will mostly be low carb or keto.
